Using Psychology, Data Analytics, and Technology to Achieve Favorable Litigation Outcomes

Psychology is one of the oldest social sciences with its origins in ancient Greek philosophy.  Data analytics, and technology are new, dynamic, and constantly changing.  The commonality between the old and the new sciences is both can be harnessed to help lawyers achieve favorable outcomes in the courtroom.  This seminar will focus on educating lawyers and insurance professionals how to implement the ancient core principles of social psychology and dynamic new data analytics and technology in their litigation practice.
