We will conduct mock trials of your case, in-person or virtually. Participants will be recruited according to jury eligibility and statistical demographic matching to the case venue. The handling law firm will present both sides of the lawsuit in abbreviated “clopening” format. Deposition testimony, witness statements, and exhibits may be used. Quantitative and qualitative data will be analyzed and evaluated from the presentations, questionnaires, and deliberations.
