This seminar will explore, teach, and give concrete tools on how to be an inclusive leader in an organization.  You will learn how the measure of leadership is not having the perfect performance but acknowledging an imperfect performance and by making a commitment to personal development, uncovering your own  your prejudices, and biases, as well as using privilege to raise issues, challenge norms, and behavior.
